Making this one of my regular spots. Enjoy how they honored a coupon I got from another competitor. Easy wlk in orders and friendly.. Makes me crave there hot salsa over rice , beans w/the potato salad on the side.. With chicken in the flour tortillas.. Uhhh!! YUMMMM.... ;))

Normally we love this place, today the chicken was very dry and lacked flavor. Even the skin which is usually a guilty pleasure didn't taste go either.

Did a Door Dash on 2 - 3 piece meals. While the Door Dash driver was excellent. Chino Pollo only provided them with 1 3 piece meal! I told the dasher about it, and they said they would gladly go back and get it if I called Chino Pollo. I did, and the lady said "let me check your order" then came back to the phone & said "my bad". Im glad we had a great Door dasher. I will say the chicken is always delicious and they are fast with getting orders out. But maybe next time slow down a bit to make sure the order is correct
