The cookies here are amazing and the service is unparalleled. We were sent the wrong cookies and the store was so quick to send us a new batch. They were so nice and helpful and the product was absolutely amazing.

Under cooked, like raw cookie dough in the middle, small cookies for way too much money. There's nothing exceptional about them. Taste like store bought Nestlé dough. I'd be ok with the price once in a long while if it were cooked and a little better tasting. Very dissapointing.

Unfortunately, the cookies were so salty and undercooked that we had to toss them. The cookies also looked odd and misshapen.

Didn't like them at all. Probably should've done my research first so I'd know they were milk chocolate and not semisweet. There's no other flavor options to choose from and the only options at all are Mini OGs (9 Pc) or large size. I chose mini. But just not good. They were warm, sure, but they were very hard to bite into and the chocolate was gross. Lesson learned: stick to Crumbl.
