Chip Flip box of OG its practically raw. not a gooey center, just gross. the Chocolate chips are bland. if you're a chocolate lover this isn't gonna cut it.. id order a cookie tote from Mc Donalds and be way more satisfied and still have money left. the sizes are okay but the overall flavor and doneness is terrible. i wouldn't order again.

Save yourself some money. These are either just as bad as crumble if not worse. You want a good cookie go to Butter Pecan bakeshop in pleasant hill. Thats a cookie worth spendng on.
This over priced cookie at chip is smoother with hella toppings to mask the weak cookie batter

Okay, so; Chip Cookies really are superior to Crumbl flavor-wise, period.
BUT! Every single time we order multiple boxes (like two 4-packs), only ONE box gets delivered. This has happened on all 5 out of 5 orders from them.
Fortunately DoorDash makes it right and I either get a credit or a re-delivery of the missing box but this ends up costing even more because I refuse to tip the drivers $2-3. Not happening.
If they could improve consistency in accurate order fulfillment I would have no reservations ordering from them more often.
As it stands, I'm begrudgingly giving it a full thumbs up - but in reality it's more like a sideways thumb. Maybe 3/5 stars.
For a really great alternative, CoolSpot *actually* has the best tasting cookies in all of DB/Brentwood and I always get everything we order.
