Ordered extra barbacoa, and barely received regular portion, barely any pinto beans. For a $20 burrito bowl should at least have extra meat.

Good, but very little chicken and fajita vegetables - mostly rice. Doesn't seem as flavorful as what it used to be but we keep trying in hopes it will improve. Chips not as thin, crispy and missing that light lime flavor as originally made. Burrito Bowl Chips

it has 4 pieces of chicken , please don't waste my money i am a loyal customer from state to state. i have been coming to this place for a long time and this is the first time you guys didnt give me how much the scoop holds. other ingredients hid the thought of there not being much chicken so it was still good tho just there wasnt anyone being stingy

Two stars because the food is always good and the orders are correct. However, the burritos are always way too small if you order online. They should be giving online customers the proper portion size they pay for, not skimping them because they're not there in person to physically watch them make the food.

We always order from this Chipotle but this last order was not good. We did not get any salsa on our bowl/burrito and the chips were stale, rice a bit hard so might have been old. We were disappointed.
