• 5/30/22Burrito was open on both ends, rice coming out one end, meat coming out the other, half filled compared to normal making it even more amazing it wasn't wrapped properly. Quality has really taken a dive over the last few weeks.

• 6/17/22When I get among THE BEST Dashers (and there are TONS of them) delivering my order, I hope it's followed up with a fantastic order. The Chipotle at 1948 Southlake Mall in Merrilville, Indiana - WOW! Not too cold and not too hot. Not too little and not way too much (although too much can be good ;) ). I go to many Chipotle's across America; and this location checks all the boxes. My order? Sur l'argent! (On the money!) Napkins and Forks too!?! ¡Muy Perfecto! (Beyond Perfect!) Give this location a Chipotle Award! I appreciate everyone that work hard at this location for making my day and Merrilville is happy to have you all serving their community! Danke! (Thanks!)

• 2/18/22They didn't give me my guacamole. They raised the price on it and forget it every other time I order. Then this specific merrillville location just started giving half a scoop. How you gonna raises the price and give less? The merrillville is the worst one to deal with online and even in person. Bunch of young kids with attitudes and can't do anything right. A year ago this was a respectable establishment. And when you come in and complain they're like "oh you have to go online." No how about you give me what I paid for?

• 5/12/22the bowl itself was skimpy and there was very little meat in it at all.. i'm used to getting almost half as much food at chipotle..

• 12/13/21It's not door dashes fault at all. The meat was the wrong kind of meat. And I paid $5 for double steak and they did not put extra steak on it. I called them multiple times and no one will pick up the phone. Very disappointed!
