I ordered a chicken burrito with fajita veggies and several other toppings. The other toppings were all fine, no complaints.
The fajita veggies seemed totally raw, which I don't like, so minor complaint there.
But the worst of all, there were only 5 pieces of chicken on the whole burrito. That was a complete rip off, to the point I don't see how it could be an accident. You have a scoop to portion out the ingredients, you only put 5 pieces of chicken in the scoop and say "Eh, good enough"? Not even remotely.
This might be the end of my Chipotle-patronizing days.

Ordered the large chips and queso (not the side order) for the family. It was a standard paper lunch bag with 1/3 of its space dedicated to chips and 2/3 devoted to delicious Chipotle atmosphere. All for only $9! Despite that desperate corporate cash grab, our Door Dash Driver, Sarah, was top-shelf and deserves way more than the 2/3 bag of chips Chipotle skimped us.

$10 for a handful of stale, broken chips... forgot my Mexican Coca-Cola , and my Burrito looks like it was made by a toddler. I waited almost 2 hours for this order. Not worth it.

Ordered a beef barbacoa Burrito Bowl and the meat was ice cold and burnt, very crunchy. Half of the bowl was guac and cheese. Hardly any rice.

This is literally how much salad dressing came with a $20+ (added extra meat) salad. Chipotle - this is ridiculous. Does the dasher not check the order?
