I ordered a Burrito with extra steak and was charged an additional fee just to receive a burrito that literally had 5 small pieces of steak in it. I opened the burrito and literally counted 5 pieces of steak when I was charged an absurd amount more for wanting extra.

Portion control is crazy. Enough to maybe feed a toddler not a grown adult. Food looked dry, and they couldn't be bothered to give fork or napkins.

My ordered said ready to pick up. Went to pick it up only to be standing waiting for an additional 10/15 min with 2 others. They continue to make food for walk in customers and I still Never was acknowledged so I had to get in line to "order" food. The cashier was making eye contact with me and as soon as the line worker spoke to me she came from the register to assist. As he was making my food he gave me a half a scoop of meat and I asked could he please give me the full scoop I paid for and the young woman rolled her eyes at me as if my ask was not valid. After my order was completed I politely said thankyou and once again the young lady said nothing and proceeded to act like I was inconveniencing her. All I ordered was a salad by the way, I received terrible service over a basic salad...

this tastes like a cheese quesadilla, not enough chicken. I paid $20 for this, and they forgot my fajitas.
