My bowl had more rice then anything. Asked for veggies I think it must have been taken off someone's pay check or something. Didn't get any chicken until the end of the bowl. Lettuce was literally sprinkled like fairy dust. Is the bowl worth $15 probably not anymore. Thank you for your service though.
This is my second time getting my bowl like this. Thought maybe it was a bad day for them since the Previous time I ordered it was 11:30am they didn't have more than half of the things I asked for prepped.

Best burrito ever., Chips and queso costing almost as much as the entree is a problem for me. The chips, also, always exceed the queso..

i don't normally write reviews but I'm here at work & I ordered Extra steak didn't have no extra steak barley had any, the onions weren't cooked and the rice was extra hard. I almost chocked and it couldn't chew it.

Asked for extra and each bowl weighed less than a pound, purchased extra tortilla wraps for each bowl and it didn't even make 1 burrito per bowl for a total of $70 for 3 bowls with very little actual product in each bowl.

It's usually pretty good but this time the tortilla was dry, hard , stale and falling apart. The meat, cheese and the rest of the fillings inside my burrito were cold. I paid extra for extra chicken and there is barely any chicken in it at all, much less the extra I ordered. This is the second time in a week this has happened. I order often and this time I am very disappointed
