Chiptole is always delicious and I would always recommend it and eat it myself over any other chain restaurant. I especially love the Burrito Bowl. I also love the size of the Burrito Bowl. I love how fresh all the food is. Love it!

I am done ordering from this location. It is completely unreal how bad and low effort their food is put together now. I ordered a burrito bowl. Hardly any lettuce, barely any rice, and absolutely drenched in sour cream. While there was (surprisingly this time) tons of meat on it, it was also the wrong meat. I don't even order beans to go with it, so this is sparse for 1) the price and 2) the quality of the meal. This is not my first, or even fifth, poor experience from this location and it is clear they do not care to improve despite numerous times I provided feedback. So I'm just done. Seems like my experience isn't the only one.

This is the smallest $12 burrito that I've ever seen. I eat at Chipotle a lot, and now it looks like prices are up and size/quality is down. Insane.

This store screws up constantly. We order the salad. A dish where the dressing is ESSENTIAL. They have it. They deliver a salad with no dressing like it's no big deal. And charge you for a whole entire salad. It's a joke. I've complained. I've called corporate. I've tried calling it out specifically. They don't allow the option to make any suggestions through any of their apps so I can't say "hey don't forget the dressing". When they do provide dressing, no joke, it's less than a teaspoon.
