Ordered from DoorDash twice. The burrito bowl with chicken didn't even fill up the container it came in. Very little chicken and lots of rice. My grandson ordered a burrito with carne asada. Granted he is picky and didn't get the "fillers" of rice and beans. His burrito was maybe 4 inches long with hardly any meat in it. Terrible place. I will not order from the Otay Lakes location again.

This burrito was inedible because of the meat, every piece of steak was so tough with tendon and fat that it had to be spit out it couldn't even be chewed. The burrito was 80% rice with little other ingredients, I'm so sad I didn't have time to get dinner so I treated myself

There's a reason everybody loves chipotle. The bowl came with enough food for two meals easy, it's tasty, the flavours of the different toppings blend well together, and the veggies always seem pretty fresh

Vegetables weren't cooked. Barely any meat and rice. No guac. This location continues it's reputation of being the worst chipotle. Come here if you love horrible customer service and small portions of food
