I get Chipotle 2-3 times per week on average from various locations. This location in Carmel at 12697 N Pennsylvania St has reliably inconsistent portions and quality. I almost always get a burrito bowl with either chicken or barbacoa. Without fail, I end up discarding between 1/4 and 1/2 of the meat because it's grisly, chewy, or otherwise inedible. Very unappetizing. Portions are also inconsistent, with them usually under serving.

The chips and queso were stale and the queso was incredibly thick, not ideal. My Burrito bowl filled on half of a side of the bowl instead of the full bowl

yesterday's brown guac, served alongside the smallest burrito bowl I have ever received. no napkin or fork in bag. I'll never door dash from Chipotle again. $37 wasted

Literally had 3 pieces of small chicken bites on my burrito bowl. I paid $12 for rice, corn, cheese, lettuce and tomato salsa.

Size large chips is more like a small. There were just enough chips to cover the bottom of the bag. $9 is over priced.
