First and last time trying chipotle, truly no idea what the hype is about. My "steak" was so overcooked it was crunchy, and it had a bunch of chewey inedible pieces. My 6$ queso was filled less than halfway. Will not return to this or any other location. Places like this want to charge restaurant prices and hand over food that is worse quality than most drive thru options. Bye Felicia

I really enjoy Chipotle, which is why I keep ordering from this location, but my orders are incorrect more often than they’re correct. This time I specifically ordered no beans because I have Crohn’s disease, and beans can make me sick. Unfortunately, my bowl was still covered in beans, and there was also very little steak. I appreciate DoorDash refunding the order, but I’d much rather receive the meal I actually ordered. Please take a few extra seconds to read and follow the order customizations. They aren’t always just preferences. Sometimes they’re there for medical reasons.

The Side of Queso Blanco was not in the bag delivered. The Burrito Bowl was lack luster as far as the meat. The upcharge for steak and the portion of steak was 1/2 normally given as was very salty.
This is one of my favorite takeout items. But very disappointed in the quality of the food.
The dasher was great though.

I ordered a simple burrito bowl with chips and queso. Chicken was over cooked and dry, not many beans and almost no rice for the bowl. Items didnt come to the half way depth of the dish. Just disappointed in the product when you consider the amount of money paid. Sad. My driver was amazing. But I wont be ordering again.

Burrito bowl was NOT full. Considering i pay so much more for it on here I expect the same amount i get when i go in stores. There was mostly sour cream and cheese. Hardly any rice or chicken.
