Rice was hard. They ran out of the original packaging that my food is supposed to be in so I was getting smaller amounts of tomatoes, sour cream, and rice. The rice did not taste fresh. It taste tasted old. I would order it again, but probably in person so that I can inspect my food.

Burrito was a nice size, but meat was extremely salty. The chips were either overdone or stale and not enjoyable. overall disappointing

Portion size of the bowl was horrible , incorrect portion size for my guacamole and the chips are stale. I will not be ordering from this chipotle again.

Carnitas were off tasting. Chips were staled and both guac cups were brown. No one hardly touched their meals. Got the same thing last week and it was fine.

My whole order was just messed up didn't get what I asked for in my bowl , they only gave me 1 tacos when I order 2 and the chips was bearly any in the bag and they was soggy on top of them forgetting my tomato salsa.
