There was too much rice in my Burrito, and I also found some pieces of green paper and cilantro stems, which I wasn't sure where they came from. Large Side of Guacamole was very salty, and the chips also salty, making it difficult to enjoy them together.

This location consistently under portions their online orders. I have had at LEAST 5 separate orders refunded due to there being less than half of the expected portion size. I just got the tacos and one of them doesn't even have meat in it. They were put together in the laziest manner. Insulting portion size

I never leave negative feedbacks, but this time it is a must! I ordered 2 Keto Salad Bowls (steak) at $16.35 each + tax + tip+ service fee. On the photo is looks large, good size, but when it arrived it was not only small, there was very little steak, just several tiny pieces, even not enough salad leaves :-(... Whatever small amount of steak was in it (and I mean a very tiny amount!!!) is was totally cold . It is shocking to see that after I spent $42.95 total I have to cook home 5 mins after this "food order" arrived. This salad was a joke! SHAME on such a business. Never again!

I am paying 6 dollars for a bag of chips that is basically empty. I tried giving this location a second time and this was done again. Worst food quality.

I ordered a double tortilla and double steak burrito. It ended up being almost $30. The order took long to arrive because according to driver waiting on steak. Burrito had a total of 10 steak pieces, half of which was cartilaginous and unedible. The rest of the burrito was rice and tortilla. If this is Chipotle's opinion on what a burrito is, I will never eat here again. What a waste of $$$ so disappointing.
