Glad I tried the brisket burrito bowl - it was tasty. The chicken fajita burrito tasted good but got 2 and they were vastly different sizes. The guacamole should have never been served to customers - it is usually very lime green and yummy - it was dark and nasty this time. Not consistent like they used to be and way overpriced. I think I have given them enough chances but it is usually disappointing so I think I'm done.

The steak was way undercooked and very fatty. It was not good at all. It sucks that I had to pay for that and the quesadilla wasn't even cut up in three ways just in half and it was just too much bread. It just wasn't good at all, the lime sauce was way over salted. And the chips were stale.

Forgot an ingredient but didn't ruin the bowl. Food was delicious and fresh ingredients, and a good amount of grilled chicken. I'll order again.

Ran out of sofritas for the quesadilla. The quesadilla then arrived looking quite miserable (half the cheese was in the container, and the wrap was burnt). They also lied about the upcharge and did not refund us for the missing sofritas. Comped chips and salsa (which get tossed at the end of day anyway) did not make up for the Quesadilla, which I could have made faster, better, at home, for free.

Didn't add sofritas to my first order. Barely any sofritas mix in my second order. Seems quality at this store has gone downhill. Message to manager: retrain your line. Too expensive for these kinds of results.
