Queso was so bland and gritty. The burrito was so huge it was barely holding together but I didn't even order much in. Chips were not very crispy and needed more time in the fryer. Sigh. Freshness was neutral nothing stood out as like wow that's fresh. I would not order again.

TASTE - was fine (but the beef seemed to be marinated in some kind of a sweet sauce, which was not advertised and I'm diabetic so would not order this again).
PORTION SIZE
- I ordered a Salad entree but one would never know it, as I had to hunt around to find about 7-10 leaves of greens.
- The quantity of beef (which there was approximately a $5 EXTRA charge for, (as it was in introduction of some new item) was very poor. There were extremely very few pieces of meat and about 80 to 90% of them were so overcooked they were hard and chewy. The pieces of meat were about the size of the upper joint of a woman's finger and there were probably about seven of those...
If I wanted a bowl, I would have ordered one. when we order a salad we want a ton of lettuce, that's the biggest base of a salad.

The new Side of Red Chimichurri is such a great addition. Ingredients always very fresh and this is why I order once a week at least. This location is the best in Atlanta. I had a minor issue but Isaiah the manager handled it promptly and professionally.

This was the most bland Burrito Bowl I have ever tasted. There was barely any unseasoned meat the rice was so overcooked and mushy. It was like porridge. They filled the Chips & Queso Blanco container a quarter of the way full. I am so disappointed. The coke was great though

Items missing from the order -- the tacos had no meat on them to speak of -- one of them had a single piece of chicken -- everything was dry and salty -- I eat chipotle often in the store at the ponce location but this order through door dash was terrible
