Ordered a barbacoa Burrito Bowl and came with wrong meat, hardly any veggies, rice and hot sauce over powered the meal. Bowl was less than half full. Also paid for chips and guac and the bag of chips was at best a couple of handfuls of chipsand a small little plastic cup of guac. Very disappointed for the cost of the items

Very disappointing! Paid over $11 for each Burrito. The burritos were so small we were all apalled at the size. It was almost half the normal size. This is not the typical size you get if you to go to the store. Chipotle treats Door dash orders differently for sure.

My daughter and I usually get the crispy taco orders. Each order contains three crispy tacos, for a total of six. The Bee Caves Rd location continuously gets the order wrong, giving us only two crispy tacos total.
I now always have to communicate with the driver to ask them to double-check before leaving the restaurant with our order because all they will do is refund our tacos (leaving me and my daughter to each only have one crispy taco to eat, two hangry girls is no fun).
They did it again this time.
The driver had already gone back to her car and wasted an extra 5 minutes while they corrected our order.
Wish they would read the order and get it right. I keep hoping!

Most of my bowel was beans with barely any other extras or meat. Very small portion for the price as well. Has happened multiple times:(

Burrito arrived almost an hour late, cold, without the guacamole. Door Dash was communicative about the delay, so it was definitely an issue with the restaurant, not the driver. My coworker had a similar issue with the same store last week.
