The orders were not only incorrect but so poorly made. My son's meal had the smallest amount of black beans, just juice. My husband's burrito had random things on it, and mine was missing a lot of stuff. Dry burritos, random pieces of things in the burrito we didn't order. Truly the worst Chipotle I've ever had, and I usually love this chain.

The portion size was ridiculously small. My Burrito was smaller than my hand. I'm used to a chipotle where they struggle to wrap the tortilla because the burrito was so full. I was still hungry after.

Delivery was pretty quick and food was good. Be careful about the Honey Chipotle Chicken if you don't like spicey food, that's the one item I would have avoided. Otherwise, good food especially the Carnitas Tacos.

I ordered a Burrito Bowl that came with LESS than half of the bowl filled.
I was only given 3 pieces of chicken. Food quality was good, but when im paying 21 dollars for a bowl and only receiving 3 pieces of chicken, it feels like a scam. Will not be ordering again due to inconsistency with actually being able to fulfill the order

Hello
I am very disappointed with my order from Chipotle. The bowl I received was only about half full and contained much less food than what I paid for. The portion size was significantly smaller than expected and did not match a normal Chipotle bowl.
I have attached photos showing the condition of the order upon arrival. Because the meal was incomplete and did not provide the value advertised, I would like to request a refund or appropriate compensation for this order.
