Chips had no salt and tasted burnt. .
Three tacos were bland, chicken was dry and overcooked.
Flavorless, poor quality, disappointing meal

The staff did not only listen to what I asked for but to add insult, they gave me the tiniest burrito I've ever had in my life. The taste was not good due to it not being my correct order

First time trying Sofritas.. Too salty! I'd like to try again cuz I'm assuming that salt was not intended to be the dominant flavor. Definitely not enough Fajita Veggies added & too much rice, IMO. Nonetheless, Chipotle food is always pleasing cuz it's real food elevated, making for an excellent meal* Thank you*

There was no cheese or green sauce that I requested and the Burrito was half the size it normally is. There was a lot of extra tortilla that was hard and difficult to chew. The Side of Guacamole I ordered had a huge, hard piece of avocado in it and i can't even bite into it.

The burrito was small and the meat very dry. When I got a carnita burrito it used to be juicy and delicious. Not what I remembered.
