The portion for what was ordered was inadequate and was not worth the value.
Rice did not cover the bottom of the bowls (seemed like a half scoop of rice), extra pollo asada was literally 4 small pieces, did not include guac (which was paid for), and barbacoa portion was inadequate (was a quarter size chunk that was spread out).
I am uncertain if it Chipotle's policy or how the workers are trained to prepare.
Either way, something must be done where it ought to make sense.
If i pay $6 for extra, I expect a reasonable amount for the value, not four pieces of chicken.
I would not recommend ordering online.

Rice is always on the harder side, chicken is never charred enough, and portions are much less than normal chipotle portions. I wish I could order from the Chipotle in Gastonia.

My bowl was still warm when deliveries and all the ingredients I wanted were there. My bowl was filled to the absolute max and I'm so happy about that because I will be able to take my leftovers for work tomorrow. However I did pay about $20 for my burrito bowl but we all know that door dash and delivery service can be expensive so I don't really expect anything less but such a great experience! I tried the new garlic steak that they have and it's delicious in a burrito bowl, I got guacamole, roasted corn salsa, salsa, black beans, brown rice, fajita peppers, and sour cream.

I use to love Chipotle, but they have went downhill. The portion sizes in comparison to the price is a joke. I paid for chips and guacamole and I got this sauce size container with the guacamole. The food was cold and the Mexican Coca-Cola was warm. The tacos were plain. I was so disappointed. I will not be ordering from this store again.

The small chips and queso is not worth the price, you get a few chips and small container of queso and some of the chips tasted stale. First and last time ordering from here.
