This is the second time I've ordered from here and my carnitas were dried out and hard. I ordered a double portion and don't think I got it because the portion was small. My boyfriend's steak was tough and chewy. Very disappointed in the quality and it was not worth $70.

I got the Burrito Bowl and honestly it was really good. Everything tasted fresh and had a lot of flavor. The portion size was great and there was plenty of food in the bowl. The ingredients tasted high quality and my order was made correctly. It was filling, delicious, and definitely worth ordering. I would 100% get the Burrito Bowl again. 😋🌯

The chicken Burrito was very flavorful and a generous portion. Highly recommend getting a Side of Red Chimichurri; it was fantastic and added the perfect amount of spice and acidity.

I ordered a steak burrito from the Alamo Ranch location in San Antonio. This was my first-time ordering Chipotle and this will also be my last. The burrito is almost the size of my hand palm. When I called to speak with the manager, he said that it was my fault for only ordering steak, and that is why it is so tiny. He explained that because it is only one ingredient, that this is why it is so small. Because I spent $12 on this micro-burrito, I decided to still eat it and was also disappointed with the food in general. I am absolutely not one to complain, but I feel robbed and disgusted with both the food and the service at Chipotle Alamo Ranch.

The dish was very poorly put together for a salad it had hardly no lettuce. Inconsistent knife skills on the chicken. Not somewhere ai would order from again. Poor quality of food and overpriced.
