Burritos have way too much rice in them and not enough meat. Half of the burrito is rice. Ingredients taste fresh, so no complaints there. Don't know if I would get a burrito again for delivery - would probably get the quesadilla instead.

chips stale obvious more than 2 days old. only a tablespoon of guac and there was avocado shell in guac

I ordered some burrito bowls and almost every bowl order had the wrong ingredients or had too much or too little of something. One of the bowls was drowned in sour cream and had a bunch of rice but almost no meat. Another order had way too much onions and a drop of queso. One other order just had different ingredients to what was actually ordered. There is always a problem here when food is ordered online.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order from Chipotle via DoorDash. The portion of meat in my order was shockingly small—barely enough to cover a spoon. This is not only unacceptable, it is completely misleading compared to what I receive when I order directly from the restaurant.
To make matters worse, this is the second time this has happened. I feel honestly cheated and frustrated paying full price for a portion that is clearly insufficient and far below any reasonable standard.
I expect this complaint to be taken seriously. I am requesting a full refund, a replacement meal, or a gift card as compensation for this repeated poor service.
