The flavor was noticeably off compared to usual, and the rice was hard. I also paid for extra meat but did not receive it. Spending nearly $30 on one bowl and not getting what I ordered was very disappointing.

Chicken quesadilla was torn up with very little and brown chicken. Sour cream was liquid. Portions were half of what they are supposed to be. Quac came in the side size instead of normal. Absolutely disgusting

There was rice hard enough to chip a tooth carpet bombed throughout the entire bowl, and less than 10 strips of steak in the entire thing

It tasted like normal Chipotle except extremely bland; the meat was slimy, and the consistency was just wrong. The portion was also smaller than ever, and there were pieces of chicken when I ordered carnitas.

the burrito and tacos were nearly empty. second time in a row that they have been this way. tacos had barely any meat nor lettuce. basically eating a empty tortilla.
