The burrito bowl was soggy, didn't even seem like a serving of Sofritos, barely any rice.. very disappointing

The chips were super stale! The guac portion was good but if you are charging $7 for a small bag of chips w/ little side of guac at least give fresh chips

I ordered half chicken/steak, and the entire bowl was steak with maybe 2 pieces of chicken. The steak was very rare and chewy

I order from Chipotle all the time. They are always efficient and quick. It would be great if they allowed comments so we can customize the order a bit, like adding the salsa on the side instead of in the Burrito Bowl.
