Usually a solid job but this last order felt like old meat that had been sitting around, and lower portions than usual. Dry and not enough beans and salsa

Multiple things missing from my order. Across multiple orders. The bowls were half empty with less than 1/2 cup of rice at the bottom, not double portioned of meat which we paid 7.50$ extra for, wilty lettuce and missing quac.

I asked for double meat its definitely a single serving size...also maybethe driest chicken ive ever had. it is does not have that slight sauce the al pastor normally has. it was either sitting out all day so not fresh or was overcooked. that is unfortunate. chipotle is one of my food options I dont want to see go down hill. this is more disappointing then upsetting....tortillas are great though i guess

the cheese was vvery lumpy and Iwasnt very thrilled about the chips. the chips kind of tasted like they have been sitting out for waytoo long like almost stale.the bowl was good wish I had a bit more rice and beans

Ordered a burrito with extra steak. Definitely wasnt much steakand about half of what was on there was inedible pieces of stringy and runber fat. Overpriced even if I had gotten whT I ordered and it was quality. Never again.
