I order my burrito and it was not wrapped fully. The only added hot sauce which I cannot have and they also did not include my utensils like I asked for.

Never gotten it from DoorDash but I've gotten it many times in person, it's good good but overpriced in my opinion, I still love chipotle and get it but if your looking for something cheap and quick this isn't really the best place.

No utensils, apparently any lettuce in my salad, paid for guacamole on the salad did not get any, teaspoon of dressing on the side. I've ordered the salad many times will not order it again here.

one of the worst meals from Chipotle, which got delivered. lol, Burrito Bowl just contain rice and beans.

By far the worst-managed Chipotle I’ve been to. Ordering online is supposed to save time, but even after getting a “ready for pickup” notification, I still had to wait over 20 minutes for them to even start my order.
This wasn’t a one-time issue—it’s happened before. There’s no sense of urgency or courtesy toward customers who have already been waiting 30+ minutes.
It’s a prime location, but poor management and staff attitude will drive customers away.
