The staff was very efficient, friendly and the order for pick up was ready upon my arrival. The food was great and the portions were much more at this site than other chipotles.

All I have to say is, I'm so glad I picked it up instead of getting it delivered. The containers were 1/3 full, they forgot the queso and there was no way it could've fed 5 people. I honestly don't understand why they wouldn't fill it up like the picture. Cost of this meal is $75 with steak and extra $6 for queso before tax and fees. Luckily, the lady at the drive through saw the horror on my face and she kindly asked me what I needed and gave me more of everything to feed 5 people. Depending on who is making your food, will determine if it'll feed 5 people or not. I will never order this build your own meal pack ever again, especially through delivery. I would advise to just order 5 steak bowls at $11.15 (if you're picking it up) plus guac and it'll come out to about the same and it'll guarantee that you'll have enough food for 5 people.

Ordered LARGE CHIPS. Received a bag marked Large but the quantity inside was very small. Second time this has happened. Chips were wet. Not cooked long enough.

Meat was fatty for the barbacoa so I was a bit disappointed. Usually this isn't an issue when I have barbacoa. I don't often go to chipotle and it's been a while, probably over a decade, so I wanted to give them a chance. Burrito was good and no complaints other than being very wet but that can be an order issue. Bag broke open spilling all our food but luckily the containers didn't bust open.

i ordered a kids meal and it came in cups like the ones you get sides in and i feel like it wasn't as much food and the tortilla looked nasty
