The Chicken Al Pastor Keithadilla was the best addition to their menu in over a decade. The flavors exploded in my mouth and made me appreciate every bite. I look forward to ordering this entree again and hope they leave it on their menu as a permanent option.
The burrito bowl was fresh and tasty as always. It has been a long time reliable choice since the brand made its debut. Fresh and flavorful ingredientsable to be customized to individual tastes.

Rice was undercooked, very small portions and it looked like everything was thrown in. I swish I took pictures but I didn't. This is the 3rd time I've ordered and never had this experience. And they always forgot to put utensils. Lucky someone here at work had chopsticks that they left so we were able to use that.

The portions are abysmal, chipotle used to give you a burrito busting at the seams, now all I got was something that resembles a potato. The tortilla was doubling over itself it was so small, even with double protein ordered!

The rice was burnt so bad it was hard and plasticy.
There were pieces of chicken in with the super dry carne asada.
It was inedible and we are very disappointed.

The rice wasn't cooked all the way and the black bean proportion was too much.. it suffocated the bowl.
