• 11/26/25The rice and beans in the bowl and burrito were hard. The burrito was dry and difficult to swallow. Neither of them had nearly enough meat. I don't understand why it is not a standard to put utensils and napkins in the bag...My daughter enjoyed her steak quesadilla.

• 8/13/25Paid extra for chips and guac. Couldn't really eat guac we paid for as this is what it looked like. Massive pieces. Very disappointing

• 5/7/24The worst Chipotle I have ever had. Very little meat, veggies were huge chunks, guacamole consisted of huge hard pieces of avocado. Very disappointed.

• 12/12/21Chicken was dry appears to have been at bottom of the batch Everything was dry and tasteless. The quality of the food has changed considerably. Usually I prefer the Palmdale Chipotle and when oils drive there The food there is much better than the Lancaster Chipotle. I was extremely disappointed with my food, and was unable to finish it.
