our Burrito Bowls were on point, perfect, however the Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco , no Bueno, only a half a bag of chips, ordered large and the cheese was broken and had a very weird flavor like it's been in the pot too long, had them before and they were good??

So the volume of food in the bowl I will say was a lot. And the taste was great, I got the shredded pork. But the Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco was cold, and I never even got my quacamole I ordered. Such a disappointment for spending $40. I always re-try chipotle every few months or so and they consistently disappoint me.

Kids meal was missing sides and drink. Steak was tasteless, it had no salt. Chip bag had barely any chips.
Will not be ordering again.

Burrito Bowl was really good, as usual. The Side of Red Chimichurri is SO TASTY, I hope they keep that on the menu. The Kid's Quesadilla however, was just two tortillas, no cheese. Luckily they put enough cheese on my bowl that I was able to salvage it. Beans were dry. I'll still order again.

The rice Burrito Bowl was half full. The corn salsa was old, the cheese was so old it had started to separate.
