Quesadilla is alway on point. the chicken is blackened and tasty but the corn is mouth watering delicious every time!

My rice was hard and hurt my teeth and also found a piece of the metal container top in my meal. The chicken is also burnt. Not good.

Ordered the burrito with carnitas, pinto beans, guacamole, but it was 90% rice. Three small pieces of meat in the entire thing.
Won't be ordering again.

I’ve ordered from this place multiple times, and the portions are always inconsistent. I still haven’t gotten a bowl as full or fresh as it would be if I ordered in person. The steak is usually either burnt or undercooked.
I don’t know… I’ll probably keep ordering because it’s convenient and I’m hungry, and I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt — but it’s definitely frustrating. Beggars can’t be choosers, I guess.

I'm sorry to complain but this chipotle location is just routinely disappointing... we keep ordering from here because we're hoping that one of these times the orders will be up to par with the Chipotle experience we LOVE (from other franchise locations). But, unless you're ordering from the order line and watching an employee put together your food, I wouldn't waste money on an online order.
