The first time i ordered door dash from here it was good, this time not so much! The flour burrito wraps and the Quesadilla wraps were terrible like they had been over microwaved, chewy, gummy, and hard to bite without making a big mess! They need to straighten this stuff ouf because the restaurant that used to be there didn't last long and i even told them that there italian food was not like the spaghetti we eat here in Shelby and their lasagna was not very good either! People in Shelby will come out in droves to a new restaurant but if it is not consistant quality peope will stop coming. Oh and the regular chicken in the burrito was cold, hard, and dry! The Chipotle Chicken in the quesadilla was good at least!

I ordered 2 Burrito Bowl s. On one burrito bowl I ordered chicken it was very spicy, it's not normally spicy, and they hardly gave me any chicken.
On the other burrito bowl I ordered extra chicken it was hardly any extra chicken and it was spicy. Very disappointing.

the Burrito Bowl was thrown together. only a couple of pieces of chicken. They put a whole lot of sour cream which I did not like. I paid for Chips & Queso Blanco and didnt even include them in my order. very disappointing

This is the second time this happens to us . The first time we thought ... they just opened up , things happen . This second time we buy food it literally looks like we got the scrapes off the table . It was honestly disgusting. It looked horrible .. our kids meals both had exactly 1.5 tablespoons spoon of rice and beans and the other one had 2 tablespoons spoon spoons . The meat was added as a side and we had to come home and literally deal with what we got bc when we drove back to the store it was 10:01 so they had just closed .
Extremely disappointing. Not to mention these bowls are 15$ but the time they charge you or more and to get what we received today seemed like a joke to say the very least

The taste was good on the Salad and Burrito Bowl, the steak was very flavorful.
But we ordered salsa on the side and it was not there. My salad was missing the cheese, corn salsa, and other salsa. The spare tortilla was also missing. The chips were stale. This is probably due to the place being new, maybe will give it another shot in a few months.
