It's like the chipotle days of old. The last two burritos I've had have been huge and no missed ingredients. Flavor was great, double wrapped burrito was a foot long and will go back again and again. Fresh and hot through DoorDash.

Side cup of corn salsa not even halfway filled, but I still had to pay full price? Also, lettuce and guac in bowl were both brown.

More often than not, the rice is overcooked and clumped. The steak is typically fatty, and the bowls are usually under portioned. You can tell that the Queso is typically old as it is thick and viscous. The tortilla chips are almost never salted. Overall, this location repeatedly gives me an experience I would expect of a Taco Bell. Poorly cooked food, terrible portions for an expected Chipotle order, and old or overcooked ingredients. The Chipotle on 21st street is significantly better; and it isn't even close.

I ordered a Burrito Bowl with steak and queso (along with fajita veggies) they did not put the queso in the bowl, and the steak they put in it was so rubbery I couldn't even chew it. Quite a letdown. Also ordered Chips & Queso Blanco and the cup of queso wasn't even half full, so 6.00 for 20 chips and less than half a cup of queso is ridiculous. Not likely to order from here again due to poor food quality

when i order in zanesville they are nice. My steak is supposed to have extra steak(paid for) the chicken was half portion steak was dbl look the same& steak cost $20. probably won't order chipotle in this area again not worth the price at all & bowl looks like someone ate half
