I cannot be more disappointed in a meal. It cost $102. for 3 burritos & 1 burrito bowl. $35 for extra meat burrito bowl & it wasn even 1/2 full. The burritos were nothing butrice & beans. I'm outraged at the price of this food vs quality of food received. Save your money for groceries or order from a restaurant that actually gives you your monies worth.

2nd time this week order was wrong. Tonight received half portions and ice cold like food wasn't cooked. Fajita veggies were uncooked and only consisted of green peppers. Paid 2.45 extra for steak and received gray looking steak and about 6 pieces. Lake Shore Chipotle stinks. Will be visiting store tomorrow to meet manager and let him know and show pictures.

I asked for extra meat and this isn't extra meat. This location seems to be the only location that doesn't honor their DoorDash customers. My bowls are always lacking the extra I ask for. Even when you go inside and say something, their staff becomes rude and tell you to go elsewhere.

Save some money and instead of buying 2 Large Chips & 3 Large Sides by them individually and only one large chips because they don't give you enough of the dips/sides to require two. And any leftover chips go stale overnight.

The Large Chips & Large Guacamole tasted stale and old. We ordered a large and received 2 small cups with stale chips. The guacamole tasted off like it went bad.
