The Burrito Bowl was extremely full and done right. The last two times I have ordered from here, the portions and quality were really good. However before that, my orders were almost always messed up and bowls less than half full, and I would receive items I paid extra for, like the guacamole. I'm glad to see they are doing better because I really like the food.

Burrito seemed like it was missing salsa & meat was very dry & chewy.
Chips were stale & only had about half of what a normal order would have.
I order chipotle relatively regularly, but it's been trending down so idk if I'll continue ordering from here.

My Salad had almost no lettuce and it seemed like they waved the barbacoa over my bowl and barely dropped any in. The other meals were satisfactory at best.

Guac was delicious but the bowl was weird.. the rice was very undercooked and come pieces were crunchy. It also had a mysterious clearish brown liquid at the bottom... I usually always get my bowls here and they are delicious but this time was different

I ordered 2 bowls and 2 orders of chips and queso. I love Chipotle and this was my first door dash experience but the food was awful. The rice was hard. The queso was a strange consistency. The chips were stale and there were barely any salsa, sour cream or cheese. It was a disappointment.
