I ordered a Chicken Burrito Bowl and Chips. When I received my order the portion was very small filling up one half of the carton after mixing all the ingredients together. There was no fresh salsa/pico, my bowl had 3 large pieces of lettuce and the rice was hard and crunchy. Very dissatisfied.

The Burrito Bowl was delicious as usual, but I also ordered Chips & Queso that was awful! The Queso tasted burnt. The chips were stale and tough.
I have never had bad Queso before but this was terrible. And it cost me over $5.00. I'll still get my Burrito Bowl from timeto to time

2.20 for some damn chips that would've been FREE with my bowl anywhere else and all I got was a toddler size handful of chips. Then the bowl is Luke warm so the cheese doesn't even melt.

Burrito Bowl had no flavor. The rice was bland and the meat barely had seasoning. It's like Chipotle is a hit or miss. I guess it depends on who's cooking the food. I ordered this same meal a couple weeks ago and it was delicious.

Last time I ordered, I was content with my order even though it was late. This time my food was wrapped and bagged better, hot, and i received double the chips i did last time. i know covid is tough so i really appreciate the hard work thats being done.
