• 4/8/26The portion size was smaller than the bowl itself! With everything I added it should have come up to the top of the bowl but didn't. The amount of actual food (chicken and rice) was so little that I couldn't even taste it. The rice was mushy, and the lettuce was hard. I probably will order again but super disappointed in this order!

• 4/16/25Most disappointing meal I have had from Chipotle. I understand I ordered at 4pm in the afternoon but it was clear that every ingredient was leftover from the lunch service. Chicken was dry and crunchy, rice was mushy and everything was just thrown in the containers. Super disappointed!

• 6/10/24I paid $25 for a x2 meat Burrito Bowl and it was far from doubled. Also barely had any rice. In addition to all of that i got a huge avacado chunk that was not ready to be eaten. It was a rock.

• 6/18/26Quesadilla was a bit messy but delicious! Quesadillas came with a good portion size for the sides. Burrito bowl was delicious as well.
