rice was hard in the middle. undercooked rice. ordered extra meat, paid and extra $5, did not have enough meat. paid an extra $3 for queso Blanco. not enough queso. very poor.
restaurant did not have Mexican Mexican Sprite, gave me a regular fountain sprite. not happy.

Burrito Bowl was good and filling, especially in a pinch. I didn't have to wait long for the food at all. The only thing I would've like was more black beans. There must have only been 1/3 cup because I had to dig to find any.

Half the chips were stale, kept getting bites of rice, only had 6 pieces of steak. Only a tiny bit of cheese at the end of the burrito. Usually enjoy my meals, just chalking it up to new/super busy employee.

The Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco is a complete rip off please do not pay 10.80 for it. Chips barely filled bottom of bag and all food was cold!

It seems the last few times we've ordered it's been hit or miss. Todays order was a miss. We had bare minimum on all the ingredients my burrito bowl had an over abundance of guacamole but about 3 pieces of chicken and 3 tomatoes from what seems like a teaspoon of salsa. I understand the times we are in but a little attention to detail would go along way.
