I ordered the side of queso for $3.10, but what I received was a tiny condiment cup. The kind you'd get for free at other restaurants. Nothing like what was pictured. Not worth the extra $$.. False advertising!
Burrito bowl wasn't even filled. Please do better for your customers..

The chips had a bit too much salt in them but the guac was really good. The steak in the burrito was more gristle and fat than meat. Might not choose that option again although if it is done correctly it's good.

Ordered steak burrito, the taste was good, but there was far more gristle than meat! You pay more for steak than any other protein It was largely unbeatable!

I love chipotle but recently they've been really slacking.The lettuce was to be on the burrito bowl but nope they put little drops. ridiculous for the price paid

Half of my food was missing and the one thing I actually got, salad, was half full with literally 3 tiny pieces of chicken. It was a very poor showing on Chipotle's part.
