Usually, I enjoy my meals at this place, but today I had a Burrito Bowl. I paid an extra $5 for smoked brisket, but there was hardly any meat at all. It was more like a big salad with a few pieces of meat. We ordered two burrito bowls, and the second one was okay, but the first one wasn’t. I complained to DoorDash, but they won’t give me any money back. I’m really disappointed.

Everything tasted fine but my bowl was only filled about halfway. This usually happens when i order through Doordash but this time, it was something to comment about. I do not appreciate paying almost $11 for a bowl that is not even filled all the way. Also, my food was very cold.

Quality ingredients however why fill with so much rice and beans? So unappetizing. Plus, for an extra guac fee I'd expect more than a tablespoon at the very bottom of my burrito.

Every time I order extra chicken it seems to be even less than the normal amount when I go in person. For paying so much I would expect to get my money's worth

the order was correct and food was good, but the portion for the large bag of tortilla chips was significantly smaller than usual, especially considering it's $9 for a "large" chips and queso
