the chicken was like dry and hard, the queso was super thick which made it weird tasting to dip chips in.just wasnt fresh tasting like ive had before.the taco portions were good though i will say that they were full.

taste is fine but damn, I payed 5 extra dollars for the brisket and it's less than a normal scoop cut into tiny pieces, not worth it at all

Burrito chicken was burnt and crunchy. Stuck in teeth. Inedible. Horrible!!
One Taco. Crunchy taco was so soggy it fell apart trying to pick it up. Chicken was fatty and chewy. Couldn't eat. Flour taco chicken the same, fatty and chewy. Horrible!!!
First time in a long time we've had bad food from there. Please do better!!! not ordering from here at least in the near future.

One of the better bowls I've had in quite a few years. There was an adequate amount of meat for the price, not heavy handed with the lettuce, and food tasted fresh.
