Not sure what happened today but my quesadilla was thrown together and tossed in the container. More cheese in bowl than in quesadilla. Chips were full of cooking oil and to hard to bite. I tossed them.

All THREE of my burritos were cold and very small. Two of them were made incorrectly, one was missing sour cream and the other had pinto beans when I asked for black. The queso had a thick film over it and was a waxy texture. Definitely the worst chipotle ive ever ordered from!

It was my intention to order a Side of Chicken , Side of Guacamole , and Chips & Queso Blanco in order to assemble my own nachos, however the guacamole and the complimentary Side of Cilantro Lime Sauce were both over salted to the point that they were inedible.

I ordered a 6.00 queso and chips that's half empty what kind of sense does this make! Orders may not come fulfilled correctly smh

My food was a waste of money, the rice was not cooked the chicken was old it taste not fresh and they don't put the guacamole in the bowl. Super disappointed with this location, I love chipotle but you need to work together and give a better service.
