A pound of sour cream and a tiny scoop of rice. Got extra meat sure but can't believe this bowl of slop was $22. Normally have a good experience but half the meal is just sour cream and cheese, literally had to scrape half of it off and had to search for signs of rice underneath everything. Wish I took a picture before scraping all the slop off, didn't even think of leaving a review until I realized I paid $22 for this

Rice was undercooked and crunchy, and was given the smallest portion of every single ingredient I got- it looked like half of a regular bowl that I paid $20 for. I don't want to be that person, but it felt like I was juked of a good bowl

The chicken in my Quesadilla was so burnt that it was very dry. I also asked for the fajita veggies to be added and the very few pieces that were in there they were so burnt that they weren't recognizable. very disappointing.

Worst Burrito Bowl I've ever had from here. Ordered a delivery so maybe they thought putting burnt and dried out brisket wouldn't be noticed. This is unfortunate since brisket cost extra and is a promotion. $22 for total with the extra meat cost and it was about the same as a normal bowl. Won't be ordering from here again unfortunately.

I got the wrong order for one of the Burrito Bowls both arrived cold and the meat was dry and hard to chew, everything looked and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. The bowls weren't even half full. The"large" Large Chips & Large Guacamole the bag was barely half full. Worst order from Chipotle yet.
