A few things wrong with my Chipotle, which happens to be one of my favorite takeout meals. Would that be inside? I just want you to know that this is my first rodeo when it comes to my Chipotle. The rice was definitely undercooked. The fajitas were few and far in between. I ordered STEAK and barely got any of it, and I added an extra meat and barely see any of that at all. So my bowl consist of rice and corn 90%. Very disappointed.

The chips were stale and the bowl was mostly rice. The rice was a bit undercooked also. It seemed to only be like a half portion of beans and a sprinkling of cheese. I would have added extra cheese but that wasn't an option.

Disappointed with this order.
I ordered through DoorDash, and I want to give credit where it’s due — my DoorDash driver did an amazing job getting my food to me quickly and making sure everything arrived safely.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the actual Chipotle order. My salad was honestly horrible. There was NO salad dressing included, and there was barely any protein in the bowl. For the price I paid, I expected a much better portion and for the order to actually be complete.
What makes this even more disappointing is that this has happened to me before. At this point, it’s frustrating to keep having the same issue with my orders. I shouldn’t have to wonder whether I’m going to receive the ingredients I paid for or whether my meal will be properly prepared.
I really hope Chipotle takes a closer look at the consistency and quality of these orders because this experience definitely left me disappointed.

Chips were burnt (both bags) and we hardly got any chicken in our bowls. It was mostly rice. Ordered from here before and it was great but this time, not so much.

the chipotle honey chicken is literally the BEST protein option they have ever had! also they really gave me a great amount of food 100% happy with my order!
