I’m really disappointed with my recent order. The steak was extremely overcooked and tough, and the guacamole was dark, tasted old, and seemed past its prime. Unfortunately, the meal wasn’t enjoyable and I wasn’t able to finish it. I’ve had much better experiences with Chipotle in the past, so this was surprising. I’d appreciate if someone could reach out and make this right.

Burrito bowl had maybe 4 small pieces of chicken at most, the rice is hard and the whole thing was drenched in salsa. Not typical from this location, very disappointing. This review is specific to the order I placed tonight.

My burrito bowl was great! The guacamole is always fantastic! The corn salsa is my favorite, but the bag of chips that was sent with my salsa was less than desirable. The problem was, there were hardly any chips in the bag. I counted them and there were only 13 chips!! Whoever made the bags of chips that day must have been rationing the tortilla chips. I was a bit upset I paid so much and received so little.

disappointing. barely any lettuce, guacamole is brown and the whole bowl is mostly cheese, barely any chicken. Burrito Bowl

Although the Burrito tastes fantastic, it is extremely smaller than it used to be for a substantial amount more. This is odd to me as the Burrito Bowl has nearly twice the amount of product in it than the burrito for the same price. Both were still very fresh and tasty but the gouging in product size vs price here is getting a bit over the top
