I am beyond disappointed with this Chipotle location. Nearly every time I order, the portions are unbelievably small. I pay full price for a bowl, yet it arrives half empty. It honestly feels like you’re trying to save every last ingredient at the customer’s expense................ reallyyyyyy
On top of that, my bowl is constantly overloaded with peppers and hot sauce, even when that’s not what I expect. It completely throws off the meal and makes it frustrating to eat.
Customers are paying premium prices and deserve consistent portions and orders made correctly. This level of inconsistency is unacceptable. Please do a better job with portion sizes and quality control because this has become a repeated issue. If this continues, I’ll keep sharing my experience in reviews until it’s addressed. Very disappointed.

I have never given a restaurant one star before, I spent $20 on this burrito bowl and it's mostly rice. There is like 10 pieces of steak (which I was also charged extra for). I am so disappointed, worst chipotle bowl I have ever received.

Never have I ever been so disappointed with a take out order. Paid extra for steak and guacamole. Barely got any steak and no guacamole. It was mostly rice.

This is the first time I have been disappointed in Chipotle's. I ordered two bowls , one beef and one chicken. Both were overflowing with rice and both had chicken (just minimum). It was unfortunate because I had been bragging, and ordered for myself and a friend this time. I am hoping this was an unusual occurrence , as I've always enjoyed chipotle's and will continue to order from you as long as this never happens again.
