Great spot for a vegetarian meal. Love the queso and unlimited toppings I can choose for my bowl. No small portions, lots of flavor, just consistently delicious food every time. I've never received a bad meal from this place :)

The meat on the tacos was old because it was very dry and crunchy on the corners as well as the soft tortillas on the Three Tacos. There were 3 pieces of meat on one taco and although I asked for salsa on the tacos the whole thing was dry and honestly inedible. I usually love Chipotle but every time I order from this location it is a disappointment. The last time I ordered food from there, there was no meat on my meal at all even though I ordered meat. I will not be ordering from this location again

this was the worst portion I've ever got here. I ordered extra meat, and it looks like it was a single serving. I had to pay extra for the extra meat. at least this time, you remembered the chips. I've been charged 2 other time for chip and not received them. you need better quality control

The rice was under cooked and the Guacamole was brown (which would be fine if I didn't find hard chunks of skin and the seed in my dinner.) This isn't an isolated event this has happened with the chipotle on grand several times. I'm just no longer eating here seeing as you pay $15+ for a plate and get food I wouldn't give to my dogs.
