It was literally all unseasoned blackbeans and 5 pieces of lettuce. Worst experience from chipotle to date

Steak bowl came with more lettuce than literally anything. I didnt ask for more lettuce, waste of $16

My lunch was very underwhelming. The rice was dry and hard (more than el dente), the sofrito had a burnt and bitter, the guac was browning and very onion forward. I couldn't eat more than 1/3 before I had to stop because the rice was hurting my teeth.

burrito wasn't wrapped, wasn't wrapped in foil, and has completely fallen apart. half the ingredients ended up at the bottom of the bag. not the dashers fault, the bag was sealed with a sticker, so he didn't touch it.

Hit and miss, sometimes the food is great and other times the rice, chicken, guacamole is bland. Dont bother ordering chips because you wont get them, both my son and I have ordered chips and guacamole several times and they never put chips in the bag.
