Ordered chicken burrito with xtra chicken & double tortilla ($19) and the burrito is 4 inches long with barely anything in it... absolutely terrible.

I got like 5 chips total. The bowl was awful as there was absolutely no flavor. I have never had too many problems with chipotle but this was terrible.

Made my Burrito completely wrong and then said she doesn't have anymore chicken and there's nothing that can be done. I tell her I'll take steak and she makes a steak burrito with meat that's been sitting god knows how long. Could not chew the steak it was like a rubber. Would never order from here again. The meat was old and horrible.
