Ordered from Chipotle on Indian Hill on Monday 27th a little after noon. The quesadilla was burnt. It was black. I showed the picture to door dash and got a refund. The salad tastes like the greens are dirty. Management needs to step in and do better.

had to be the worst burrito I've ever had never again. the beans were not thoroughly cooked. I asked for no hot sauce they put hot sauce and the amount of meat they put is insane hardly tasted any meat just hard beans. I wouldn't order from this location!

Tacos shells were rubbery not cooked tasted like plastic was in the chicken . This chipotle has officially fell off. You must go inside and get in there face or else they'll give you old chicken and undercooked flour tortillas more rice than anything. Never again

the tortilla Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa was burnt and had a horrible smell and taste, definitely wasn't fresh and ruined my lunch
